i'm not a fan of the rest of your songs,

this was nice though man.
hi hat got a bit annoying after awhile, but i loved the cheesy piano part and the singing sounds fine to me.

i know some people are rude man, but try and take criticism better.
you won't get better if you cuss out someone that tries and gives constructive critcism.

nice job, though.

Thanks

this is really well done

the person below is an eleven year old idiot, disregard him.

sorry that people are retarded.

Kazmo responds:

Thank you very much. :]

Very much appreciated.

uhh

not 8bit
i think it's decent when looking on a minimalist perspective, but it's really lacking kick, i can really hear another instrument in here.

Ric-Olzow responds:

yah see now if i could make the lead and background synth loops appear on one of my other programs, i'd be set. But my compy fails at life. I'll try to fix it Eventually. Someday. =)

disaster

i see what you were doing with this, and it was decent,
first off, it's spelled disaster lol,
the start wasn't too bad, but it was basically the exact same notes, with the exact same bass line for about 50 seconds, which gets really old after a while, trying changing the notes around a bit, or creating a new part,
i like how you changed it around at like ~1:20, but it seemed like there were a lot of 'off notes'; ones that just didn't mesh, or go with the song.
the song has a lot of room to work with, but right now, it doesnt really seem to fit the story you were trying to tell, atleast to me.

3/5,

carl565 responds:

lolsosoff notes? oh i get what your trying to say. yeah i tryed spell check and it said mine was right so i used it, i am good at spelling its just i was being retarded i guess. in my new song im changing every sound of the instruments every 4 measures and its getting longer every day, right now its about 2:23 seconds long. you are right, the story i wrote doesnt go with it at all lol

zcult responds:

I'm happy that some people actually dig this shit. Naturally I agree with you but I could also agree that this song could use some work\restructuring.

Yeah I'll be updating this to make it better then it is. So far I've been doing this for myself, but if anybody has any suggestions of how you would like it, please pm me.

Thanks for the review, Lpauley, it makes me want to create more music.

It's nice for a loop

but an important thing about loops is the consistency,
adding in the claps half way through made it a bit awkward, and non-repetitious

thanks.

Sephirot24 responds:

Thx! I'll keep that in mind. Maybe I'll change it later. Can I edit the song and change the mp3 file or do I have to delete this one and Submit the other as a new one?

Anyways, thx for the review and the tip :)

chill

this was a chill listen, but there were some wrong chords or whatnot on the background strings or synth or whatever it is, it really distracted from the music, like the vibrating kind of bad layering
i was also quite dissapointed that there was no ukelele, but it wasnt bad.

thanks mate.

John-Gaden responds:

Thanks for the review, but in the future I would appreciate it if you spoke coherent English. I have no idea what you mean by "vibrating kind of bad layering" but I'm assuming you mean the tremolo strings in the background. As for the chords, everything here is nice and diatonic, so I dunno what you could be hearing.

I'm logan, i enjoy attempting to make music on my keyboard, sometimes it works, sometimes not so much.
